You can purchase additional pairs of eyeglasses or contact lenses directly from Davis Vision. Simply call Davis Vision at 1-800-999-5431 and ask to purchase a "Buy-A-Voucher." A Member Service Representative will verify your eligibility and help you with your purchases. available services and costs are listed below.You may charge Buy-A-Voucher services over the phone with your VISA or Mastercard, or send your personal check directly to Davis Vision.
