Benefits Plans - health plans: Your Monthly rates

The rates were submitted by the health plan companies and are calculated annually, based on expected health care and administrative costs. Click the links below to view health plan rates.

Faculty, staff, and retiree rates are available through Wolverine Access following the instructions below. To view health plan rates for other groups, click the corresponding link:

Health Plan Rates on Wolverine Access

Your individualized health plan rates are available on Wolverine Access through Self Service > Benefits. The page displays rates for faculty, staff, retirees, and benefit-eligible students. Rates for all benefits plans for which you are eligible—not just the health plan rates—are displayed.

A uniqname and UMICH password are required. If you do not have a uniqname and UMICH password, or if want to see how a change in job/career family, annual salary or hour worked per week would affect your rates, use the Health Plan Rate Estimator.

To view your 2014 and 2015 benefits plan rates:

  1. Go to Wolverine Access
  2. Click Employee Self-Service under Faculty & Staff, or click Student Business under Students if you are a student
  3. Enter your uniqnameĀ and Kerberos password to log in
  4. Under Benefits on the Self Service page, select Display Benefits Plan Rates
  5. View your 2014 rates at the top; scroll down to view your 2015 rates.

Use the Health Plan Rate Estimator if you do not have uniqname or if you want to see how an appointment change might impact your monthly health plan rates.
