Spouse

A person who:

  • Is legally married to you; and
  • Is not already covered through the university as an employee. If you and your spouse are both employees of the university, you cannot be covered as both an employee and as a dependent on
    U-M health, dental, or vision plans.

Your spouse's children may also be eligible for coverage.
